Mandy Marino is a secondary school visual arts teacher and practicing artist in Burlington, Ontario. She graduated from UTM and Sheridan College’s Art and Art History and Physical Geography program, so it is clear that art and nature play a significant role in her professional and personal artistic life. She loves dogs, the outdoors, and enjoys capturing the vivid colours and unique shapes and patterns found within nature. Much of her subject matter is inspired by our diverse and ever changing Canadian landscape (especially northern Ontario), wildlife and pets, and of course roses.

She loves to create art in a variety of media, including printmaking and digital illustrations, but she specializes in painting. She has just recently begun sharing her art, and is incredibly thankful for opportunities like these to build community and uplift local artists!
