How did you hear about the event?

Health screening: I confirm that I will not attend if myself or anyone in my household has symptoms of Covid-19 (or any other illness like a cold or flu) which includes: fever, runny nose, cough, aches/pains, headaches, dizziness and loss of smell. I will self assess prior to attending. I will also wear a mask during the event as it is indoors.
