Thank you for being an artist in the 2022 EGCC Art Walk!

The Art Walk is an opportunity for you to connect with the community through art! This is not a sale or market, it is a free outdoor event funded by the Burlington Arts and Culture Fund in a shared commitment to cultivate and expand the Burlington art community. See photo’s from the 2021 Art Walk.

Location:
The Art Walk takes place at Burloak Waterfront Park from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday, August 27.

Please plan to arrive no later than 8 am to setup your display and stations.

Art Experience Stations:
We encourage artists to set up an art experience station for 300 to 500 attendees or a demonstration to engage with the community by allowing them to try different art forms or get a behind-the-scenes view of the creation process! The BACF grant has funds allocated for art station supplies and tables needed however, the funds are limited so please consider:

Sourcing supplies from the community or donations
Reaching out to possible businesses who could contribute supplies in exchange for sponsorship
Looking for the best possible pricing

Please take a moment to complete the form with your station description and any request for supplies.

It is important that we get this information from you no later than July 25th so we can start promoting the Art Walk stations, create the Art Map and plan our budget.

We ask that artists also secure their own volunteers (friends/family) to help run their station if at all possible.

Artists are responsible for tents and station setup but we do have access to some tables. Please indicate the number of tables you will need, if any.
