Art Walk Artists Frequently Asked Questions

What are the responsibilities of participating artists?

Artists are responsible for their own artwork, transportation, tent, tables, chairs, tent weights, weather protection, and completing their own booth setup and teardown. 

They are responsible for their own insurance, if needed.  

It is also recommended they complete an Artist Profile for the event website. 

 

Is there an opportunity to sell work or prints during the event?

Yes! Artists can exhibit and sell original work, prints, or products in their booth as long as they are made by the artist and do not contain copyrighted or inappropriate content. Artists are responsible for all sales transactions and delivery of their work.

 

Can Artists monetize interactive events at our booth, like doing quick drawings of people?

Yes! However, EGCC can only reimburse for materials used in interactive activities that are free for park visitors.

 

How do I become part of the WhatsApp group?

Requires a mobile phone #

How do I change my name in my Artist Profile?

What happens if the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances?

If the event is canceled due to severe weather or public health concerns, artists will be notified via WhatsApp, and booth fees may be refunded or credited toward future activities.

 

How can artists promote the Art Walk 2025 event?

Artists can promote the event by sharing it on social media, using the provided promotional materials, tagging @e.g.creativecollective, and using #artwalk2025.
