2025 Art Walk Artist Vendor Agreement and Resources

Art Walk Artist Agreement

The EGCC agrees to provide to  all artists who have submitted their Artist Registration and payment:

  1. 12’x12’ outdoor booth space on the grass along the park pathway. Specific booth assignments will be communicated by the Organizer or Artist Liaison at least 1 week prior to the event
  2. Name inclusion on the event website and digital promotions, social media features or spotlights
  3. Complimentary Art Walk T-shirt or Artist Button
  4. Art Walk Artist What’s App Chat Group for organizer-to-artist and artist-to-artist communications leading up to and during the event 
  5. One-year artist profile on the EGCC website
  6. Art Walk artist orientation, resources and support
  7. Optional material reimbursement for hosting interactive, experiential activities
  8. Optional to provide an item for the scavenger hunt raffle
  9.  

By submitting their Artist Registration and payment, the Artist agrees to:

  1. Provide their own artwork,  transportation, tent, tables, chairs, tent weights, and weather protection
  2. Complete their own booth setup and tear down. No early take-downs permitted
  3. Complete an Artist Profile for the event website
  4. Have their mobile telephone number added to the What’s App Art Walk Group Chat 
  5. Grant the EGCC a limited, non-exclusive license to use their name, business name, artwork images, and promotional materials solely for event marketing purposes. All materials submitted by the Artist remain their property.
  6. Hold harmless the Elizabeth Garden Creative Collective, its organizers, volunteers, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the event, including personal injury, theft, or property damage. Artists are encouraged to carry personal liability insurance
  7. Notify the EGCC via email by August 9, 2025  if they must cancel their participation to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued after this date
  8. This event being held rain or shine with no possible rain date. If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather or public health concerns), artists will be notified via What’sApp and booth fees may be refunded or credited toward a future activities

Event Information

Event Location: Burloak Waterfront Park, 5420 Lakeshore Rd. 

Event Date: Saturday August 23, 2025

Event Time: 10 am to 4 pm

Art Walk Logistics

Park Set-Up Time: 7:30 AM – 9:45 AM on August 23, 2025

Take-Down Time: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM; no early take-downs permitted

Event is rain or shine unless severe weather conditions occur and there is no possible rain date

Full details including timeline, park map, booth assignments, will be posted here and sent to everyone via email at a later date.

Please ensure you promote the Art Walk through your social media channels:

  • Please click the image on the right to download it to use in social media
  • Share that you are a participating artist and to come support local artists!
  • Highlight that this is a FREE event for people to view local art, experience interactive art activities, buy local art, get outside and connect with community!

Setup / Update your Artist Profile!

Create or update your Artist Profile so our website visitors can see samples of your work and links to find you online. 

  1. Watch the following video which will take you step by step though adding photos and profile details.  
  2. Register for your profile using the form below
  3. Once you register, you will be taken to your profile page
  4. Click the settings gear icon to start editing your profile and adding photos.
  5.  All artist profiles will appear under the “Meet the Artists & Creatives” link on our website!
