Use this form to indicate supplies needed for your Art Experience Station. 

Plan for 100-150 participants as a rule.   The funds provided for supplies from the BACF grant will be allocated based on all submitted requests.   Please look for most economical options and provide all details below.   We may also support you in sourcing the supplies from the community or donations! 

Once submitted, we will review all requests and allocate the funds accordingly.   Our preference is to purchase the supplies and send them to you, alternatively we can arrange to reimburse you.
