Elizabeth Gardens
Creative Collective
WHO WE ARE
Who is the Elizabeth Gardens Creative Collective?
We are a volunteer-run community of artists, educators, and creatives working primarily out of the Elizabeth Gardens neighbourhood of Burlington, Ontario.
Formed on social media in early 2021, the Collective began as a way to connect, support one another, and navigate the strain and isolation of pandemic lockdowns. Since then, our Collective has grown into a vibrant network that continues to make a positive impact in Burlington and the surrounding communities.
We build supportive connections, showcase new and emerging local artists, and create opportunities for artistic growth. We believe in nurturing creativity by encouraging exploration, experimentation, and self-expression at every stage of the artistic journey.
We do this mainly through workshops, networking and community events and collaborative opportunities that promote creative well-being, skills development and personal growth. Our commitment is to create a safe and inclusive space where everyone can share, gain insights and grow together.
We are:
Community-Focused • Connection-Driven • Grassroots-Anchored
